Help with an order
Please include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of your question. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, clear photos of the piece and packaging will help us review it.
Choosing your jewellery

Bespoke requests
Tell us about your idea, preferred colours and materials, budget and intended date. We will discuss the details and production timing with you before a design is confirmed.
