Know your piece

Read the materials and included-items description for your selected design and option. Pearls, decorative accents, metal components, ear posts and fastenings vary across the collection.

Pearls and natural variation

Baroque pearls have individual contours and surface character. Shapes, tones, lustre and small markings can vary. Photographs show the design, but light and screens may affect how colours appear.

Metals, finishes and decorative details

Follow the specifications on the individual product page. Plated finishes and delicate components need gentle handling. Do not assume every piece uses the same metal or is suitable for a particular sensitivity; contact us if you need a component specification.

Before and after wearing

  • Apply perfume, skincare and hair products first, and allow them to dry before putting jewellery on.
  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
  • Avoid household chemicals, prolonged moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
  • After wearing, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not pull on chains, pearl strands, wirework, tassels or hand-assembled decorations.

Cleaning and storage

Do not use ultrasonic or steam cleaners on pearl pieces. Avoid abrasive cloths and jewellery dips unless a method has been confirmed as suitable for your specific piece. Store items separately in a pouch or compartment, with chains laid loosely to reduce tangles.

Pairing, sizing and fastenings

Check lengths, ring sizing, ear-post materials and fastening details before ordering. A styling suggestion does not guarantee clasp compatibility or include a second piece.
