A little guidance for choosing and enjoying your jewellery. Each product page describes the individual design; our shipping and refund policies set out the terms for your order.
What makes each pearl different?
Many designs use baroque freshwater pearls, whose shapes, tones and surface markings vary naturally. Handmade details and the way a pearl catches the light can also differ from piece to piece.
What materials are used?
Materials vary by design. Check the product page for the pearl, decorative accents, metal components and fastening details. A gemstone-like appearance alone does not identify a material. Material specifications are listed on each product page.
What is The Pearl Garden?
The Pearl Garden presents Little Elm Co designs at VERDENNOVA: pearl flowers, bows, woven forms and other expressive jewellery alongside VERDENNOVA's pearl characters. Little Elm Co designs are credited on their product pages.
Does my order include the chain or every piece pictured?
Check the selected option and the product's included-items description. Some listings offer a pendant, chain or individual style separately; others describe a coordinated set. Display accessories and companion pieces are included only when explicitly stated.
Can I pair any pendant with any chain?
Clasp, opening and pendant-loop dimensions vary. For a particular combination, send us both product links so we can check the fit before you order. Styling suggestions do not mean that pieces are sold together.
How long does production take?
The individual product page provides preparation details. Special custom orders require 3 days of production; this is not a standard production delay for every item. Shipping transit time is additional. Bespoke requests may have a separately agreed schedule. Delivery dates are estimates.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China. Standard shipping to the United States is free under our current Shipping Policy. Review the available delivery options at checkout. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.
Can I return a piece?
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Our current Refund Policy lists eligibility conditions and exclusions, including custom products, sale items and gift cards. Contact us before sending a return. This guide does not change the policy or the terms applicable to an existing order.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Put jewellery on after skincare, perfume and hair products have dried. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store pieces separately. See our Materials & Care Guide for more detail.
Can I order a gift or a bespoke piece?
Packaging details can vary by item and season. Bespoke orders follow the details agreed for the individual design.
How do I contact VERDENNOVA?
Email admin@verdennova.com. For an existing order, include your order number and the email used at checkout. We aim to reply within 24–48 business hours, Monday to Friday.
