Are your pearls authentic?
Yes. Verdennova works with authentic freshwater and baroque pearls, natural gemstones, and selected plated or hypoallergenic components depending on the design. Because pearls and natural stones are organic materials, each piece may vary slightly in shape, tone, surface texture, and lustre. These natural variations are part of what makes every piece unique.
Are all pieces handmade?
Most Verdennova pieces are handcrafted, assembled, or finished in small batches. Some designs include hand-shaped, painted, or individually selected details. This means small differences between pieces are normal and expected.
Will the piece look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our jewellery to show the design, colour, and pearl lustre as accurately as possible. Natural pearls and gemstones can look slightly different under different lighting, and handmade details may vary from piece to piece.
How do I care for pearl jewellery?
Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, water, sweat, and household chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft dry cloth and store it separately in a pouch or box to prevent scratches. Pearls should not be stored in direct sunlight or very dry conditions for long periods.
Can I wear Verdennova jewellery every day?
Many pieces are suitable for daily styling, but pearls, plated finishes, handmade details, and natural stones should be treated with care. Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or applying skincare and fragrance.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Verdennova pieces are prepared with thoughtful packaging suitable for gifting. Packaging details may vary by item, collection, and season.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. UK delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, while international delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging. Custom, bespoke, personalised, and made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
