Shipping to the United States

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China. Standard shipping to the United States is free.

Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery by contacting admin@verdennova.com. Approved returns are sent to our designated return location in the United States. We will provide the address and instructions after approval. Please contact us before sending your return.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping. We cover necessary return shipping for incorrect or faulty items.
