At Verdennova, we want you to feel confident when choosing our jewellery. If your order is not right for you, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging where possible. Jewellery should not show signs of wear, fragrance, cosmetics, water exposure, tarnish caused by use, or damage caused after delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Custom, bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order jewellery.
Items that have been altered at the customer's request.
Items returned without reasonable care or with signs of wear.
Gift packaging or accessories that are damaged or missing, where applicable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us at admin@verdennova.com before sending your item back. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of parcels sent without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider, but refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an eligible item, contact us first so we can confirm availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or an alternative option.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@verdennova.com. Please include your order number and photos. We will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution.
Natural Materials & Handmade Variation
Many Verdennova pieces use natural pearls, gemstones, and handmade details. Small variations in shape, colour, surface texture, and finish are normal and are not considered defects. These details are part of the character of handcrafted jewellery.
