Order Processing

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM UTC may begin processing on the next business day.

Because many Verdennova pieces are handcrafted or finished in small batches, bespoke and made-to-order items may require additional preparation time. If this applies to your order, we will make it clear on the product page or contact you by email.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the UK and most international destinations.

UK Standard Shipping: usually 3-7 business days after dispatch.

International Standard Shipping: usually 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, weather, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions or above the order value shown on our website.

Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges may be collected by your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or tracking has not updated for an unusual period, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery issue. Include your order number, tracking number, and photos if the parcel or product arrived damaged.

We will help investigate with the carrier and advise the next steps. Claims may be limited if the delivery address was incorrect, the parcel was marked as delivered by the carrier, or the issue is reported outside the required timeframe.
