Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM UTC may be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the UK and most international destinations.

• UK Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• International Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, weather, or carrier issues. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount as promoted on our website.

Customs & Import Duties

Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with details and photos. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
